We recently sent you some information around changes coming to Jarvis. We mentioned that from the 5th December Jarvis is moving over to use the Whizz systems. Also, payments will now be taken upfront so that we can schedule your cleaner and they can continue to get paid.
We would now have set up your new account and migrated any upcoming bookings. You would have received your new account details so please take a couple of minutes to input your payment details.
What do I need to do?
Please follow these steps:
1. Search your inbox for an email with the subject line "Welcome to WHIZZ". The email should look like this:
Why do I have to provide my details again?
Credit card information is sensitive data so we can not simply take it out of one system and put it into another which is why we are asking you to add this information for us. Thanks for helping us out!
When do I need to complete this by?
We will need you to add in your payment details prior to your upcoming clean! You will need to pay for your cleans 3 days out.
