In June 2020, Whizz acquired Jarvis to become Australia’s leading Home Cleaning and Home Removal Marketplace.
The reason for this acquisition was to combine the strengths of both businesses to build a leading home services marketplace.
Whizz and Jarvis are now both part of the Whizz Group. Also in the Whizz Group are Fleet365, Rocket Removals and Compare+Move.

So what now?
We are now at the final stage which is to combine our systems. This means there are a few changes coming that you will need to be aware of.
Jobs will be managed in the new Whizz Hub App |
From the 5th December, you will no longer be using the Butler portal to manage your jobs. Instead, you will need to use the Whizz Hub app.
- You will be required to download the App
- Login details will be sent out for you in the next couple of days
- Training sessions will be made available for you to book in and attend
- Training documentation will be provided
- All bookings will be migrated over to the new system

Once this change happens, you will start being paid automatically on a weekly basis. Each Thursday you will be paid for all jobs completed the week prior.
Jobs will be shown as GST included but if you are not GST registered, 10% will be withheld as required legally by the ATO from your payments.
It is important that you go into the current portal and download any of your existing payment information that you may require for any future reference including tax purposes. The portal will not be available after 5th December 2022.
When is this all happening?
From the 5th December all new bookings will be managed using the new systems and processes. Over the next couple of days we will start sending you more communication about these changes.
