We ask customers to rate the service level of the clean after every clean. Find out what this means for you.
One to two days after a clean has been completed, Whizz Group will follow up with the customer for a rating out of 5.
This rating will be used by Whizz Group to assess the quality of the cleans, and also provides you with valuable feedback so you can improve the standard of your cleaning.
If we have noticed ongoing performance issues, you will be more likely to be unallocated from cleans as we monitor who has accepted a clean.
