You can cancel or amend a clean free of charge, up to 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place.  However fees apply if last minute changes are made.  This is used to compensate the cleaner who has blocked this time for you.

If you cancel or amend a clean between 24 and 48 hours before it is scheduled to begin, you will have to pay cancellation costs equivalent to 50% of the visit fee. If you cancel or amend a visit within 24 hours before the visit is scheduled to begin, you will have to pay cancellation costs equivalent to the full cleaning fee.
