When you book with Jarvis, your first clean can be organised at a specific time to ensure you can meet your cleaner. After your first clean we prefer that you designate a time window (for example, 8:00am to 5:00pm). This flexibility is really important to our cleaners, and ensures that they can fit more work into their schedule.

If you need your cleaner to start at the same time for every clean, you can let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
